Totally unprofessional! Staff immaturely chatting amongst themselves is how issues you want to talk directly to the Doctor are handled. Very hurtful & damaging surrounding your pet. Ignorance to professionalism, Dr customer communication or the truth from anyone on staff. They refuse to see the damage of this practice to your pet. Recklessly, unprofessionally irresponsible! We couldn't even get a call back from the Dr after spaying, they turned it into other false issues. Go elsewhere!
