My dog was diagnosed with diabetes on March 9, 2026 she died on April 3, 2026. Today is day eleven since she died. Yesterday Dr. Taylor sent me curt email stating the staff were not equipmented to work with grief. She went on to tell me not to contact her staff going forward. I have done everything humanely possible to find support ie therapist friends etc. I had sent her an email asking a medical question and this was how Dr. Taylor chose to reply. Totally unprofessional! Staff immaturely chatting amongst themselves is how issues you want to talk directly to the Doctor are handled. Very hurtful & damaging surrounding your pet. Ignorance to professionalism, Dr customer communication or the truth from anyone on staff. They refuse to see the damage of this practice to your pet. Recklessly, unprofessionally irresponsible! We couldn't even get a call back from the Dr after spaying, they turned it into other false issues. Go elsewhere!
