This review is for their billing department. This department needs to be trained to understand that we don’t have to be happy to be paying and we can make that known, politely. I called to pay, my frankly outrageous bill for seeing the NP for 5 minutes to get my RX established. I did not curse, I did not call names, and I did not raise my voice Until I got condescended to.
