I have been at Grand Avenue Dental Practice since 1980 and my husband has been a patient even longer. I think that speaks for itself since we have lived near Horsham since 1981! Dentists and other staff are all great and provide a first class service
Had very bad toothache. Phoned twice for an appointment no phone back. Not acceptable as a regular patient for some years for a private practice. Phoned smile at Ferring practice and got an emergency appointment within an hour. Great service. Take note Grand Avenue.
Tried to change my 87 year old mum's appointment as she was unwell. Expected to wait maybe a week or two but the next appointment offered was nearly 6 months away. She is a private patent and been going there for years.
Wanted to thank Mr Kalakonda for the care he takes on our regular dental inspections to check the condition of our mouths. This led me to worry about an ulcer/blood clot that had not cleared up within a few weeks. GPs reception told me I should see their associated pharmacist. Pharmacist could only provide over counter medication to cure pain (no pain). Pharmacy suggested using Difflam but no change after another week. They done a wonderful job on both fillings but got conned into getting the dental plan that would cover the second filling, only to find out that I wasn’t covered after all and got lumped with a huge cost and if I had known that I was going to be charge £299 I would of gone for the cheaper option. Don’t fall into the same scam I’ve experienced the dental plan is not worth it.
