Avoid at all costs
AVOID!!! Absolutely terrible place. The guy on the phone was rude, disrespectful, and spoke down to me the whole time. I asked about a simple part, he gave an outrageous price, and when I asked if he could do better because I couldn’t afford it, he actually increased the price. That’s just toxic. This place is a rip-off, overpriced, and the customer service is disgusting. Look at how they reply to other bad reviews — arrogant and careless. They don’t want your business, and they don’t deserve it. Avoid at all costs.
They didn’t have the part I was looking for but very helpful and felt very welcome.
Ordered a reconditioned cylinder head from grand auto wreckers and was met with friendly and prompt service. Everything was in perfect order and as advertised. Went in store to find a bonnet and they had exactly what I was after and the team were super helpful. I will continue to be a customer here and would highly recommend that others come here too.
Ordered a sunroof for an Infiniti QX70, spoke to Anthony. Gave me the price and shipping costs to Sydney. Had it delivered within 10 days, excellent packaging to survive Aust Post, which it did. Overall, great experience and will definitely be using again in the future for parts needed.
