Ordered a reconditioned cylinder head from grand auto wreckers and was met with friendly and prompt service. Everything was in perfect order and as advertised. Went in store to find a bonnet and they had exactly what I was after and the team were super helpful. I will continue to be a customer here and would highly recommend that others come here too.
Ordered a sunroof for an Infiniti QX70, spoke to Anthony. Gave me the price and shipping costs to Sydney. Had it delivered within 10 days, excellent packaging to survive Aust Post, which it did. Overall, great experience and will definitely be using again in the future for parts needed.
Was chasing a light for my car. I also needed a washer cap and they didn’t have one but they made sure they had something that could help for the meantime without any charge!! Great service too!
Needed a new rear view mirror fitted and staff were super lovely, very helpful, couldn’t fault anything, whole process took only a couple of minutes
I have a 350z. They have multiple 350z's. I need parts but they only want to sell multiple parts in one. Parts I don't need. They think they're offering a service but really it's a disservice. If I could leave less stars I would. They've failed me multiple times. I wish anywhere else had these cars. Don't scrap your 350z here.
