I brought my Toyota Prius in for diagnosis because it was showing a hybrid system fault code. I was told the issue was related to the airbag module, and I was charged for the diagnosis. After replacing the airbag module as recommended, the hybrid problem was not resolved. When I returned to discuss the issue, I was told I would need to pay an additional $400 for another diagnosis. Alex is great at fixing hybrids. He repaired the batteries in my 2009 Prius and 2007 Camry Hybrid and later helped solve a problem with my 2016 Chevy Volt which had a bad battery control module.
Alex is fantastic. His attention to detail is bar none! Great communication. He makes sure everything is not rushed and done right. Revived a blown engine that was deemed left for dead. Running like new again!
I got my 2011 Volvo C70 (T5 engine "P1") rebuilt here and it runs awesome
