Jesse was the guy who picked me up. He was great, very helpful, very friendly. The same goes for the girl at the front desk who handled all the communication between insurance and repair. Because of these 2 people, I give it 2 stars. It lacks 5 stars because of the repair. The exterior body was fixed beautifully..... but the repairmen messed up my tires. They gave me new tires, which I appreciate, but I dont think was necessary. However, they did not place the tires on properly. Bolts are missing, as well as other pieces. An... read more
My parked car was struck by a u-haul one morning leaving significant damage to my door and a broken window. When I went out to clean it up and cover up the window to prevent any weather issues, one of the tow trucks for this garage was outside waiting for me to offer his services! This saved me a lot of stress and effort on finding a reputable body shop to repair the damages and got the process underway quickly.
