I just had an amazing experience with the staff at Grand at a Twin Lakes. I had a flat tire while driving on the expressway. I pulled off the highway at the exit and pulled into the parking lot at the Grand. I did not have my cell phone and went into the lobby to ask to use the phone. When I told the receptionist what happened she gave me the phone. I proud to say l am a resident of this beautiful facility for over one year! The staff is outstanding and they go out of their way to be there to be there for us. There is no time to be bored. Pick your poison and if we don’t have it you can start your own activity. Enough said but did I mention the residents ? A nice happy group! And add to all that is Happy Hour every day from 3:00 to 4:00.
The staff is attentive and caring to the needs of the residents and committed to improving their quality of life.
Lovely facility, excellent, friendly staff. Outstanding activities program that is resident focused. Highly recommend for people looking for a warm and friendly place too call home.
I am a resident at the Grand and I enjoy living here. The residents are very friendly. I had no problem meeting people. The surroundings are beautiful and well lit and has an openness to it. It makes you feel like you are at a resort. I have a one bedroom apartment and I love it. There are activities here for you to enjoy. We have been having a little problem with the food but the director here is getting it worked out with the new chef and he is great at taking advice from the residents and things are really looking up. I moved my mom from Iowa to The Grand recently. Everything about The Grand is awesome. The ms are spacious and new. The staff is friendly and caring. There are a lot of activities and things to do.
