11/28/2025 Save yourself the headache and do NOT rent here. This apartment complex is a complete scam when it comes to move-out charges. They tried to charge us $240 to repaint walls and baseboards for normal, everyday wear. They even listed “dirty walls,” “baseboard scuffs,” “half cleaned bathroom” per their maintenance lead. as if those aren’t basic cleaning tasks that come with ANY apartment.
