Extremely prompt and quick to fix two separate issues. 100% resolved.
Great, quick service when my a/c filter needed changing. My only gripe was that the old filter was left behind on the floor. I didn’t mind tossing it myself, but I just felt it was odd for him to leave the dirty filter behind.

I am so happy I chose the Grand as my new home. Everyone has been really helpful and I love my new apartment. The yard is HUGE!!! and my dogs love it. Stephanie helped me apply and she went above and beyond!
