I had a great experience with Jasmine. She was always very kind, super helpful, readily available for my questions/needs, and we are so excited to be moving in next month!
I’m extremely disappointed with the professionalism and communication from this apartment complex staff. I scheduled an apartment tour a full week in advance, only to arrive today and be told by an office staff member — very rudely — that they were “off today because they hit their numbers this month.” Another resident waiting there was just as confused and frustrated as I was. QUICK UPDATE: Gigstreem has been more reliable. Not perfect, but much better. Had a maintenace issue and they were on the ball. Fixed the very next day by a very nice young man, Steven. Best of all, Valerie is back and it alreadys feels more like a community again! She brings so much personality and knowledge to TG@C. Excellent move promoting her and bringing her back, Cushman Wakefield! **** There has been some improvement with Gigstreem, how long will it last? No one knows. Just moved in last week and noticed a bad odor coming from refrigerator. I submitted a work order and maintenance staff reached out the same day to let me know they were working on getting me a replacement. Work completed today and I am happy!! Thank You!!
