I’ve been living at Grand at Cibolo Apartment Complex for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-maintained gym to the beautiful pool area. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining. I highly recommend Grand at Cibolo to anyone looking for a great place to live!
This place is so beautiful and so clean and so peaceful getting ready to apply in the next couple of days praying I get approved! But everybody there is super friendly
I submitted an application on January 13, 2025, and after receiving a denial, I was informed that $100 of my $150 application fee would be refunded to my card. In mid-February, I followed up and was told the refund had been sent to a 'forwarding address'—one I never provided, as I was in the process of moving. They then claimed the check would be mailed to their office in February. Very Happy to have renewed our lease per the terrific offers we received. All signature was done on line with assistance from management and received a printed copy of new lease. Happy to be here in regards to increasing prices. Thanks to the manager(s) who is always very pleasant and patient in assisting with our requests. Maintenance is pleasant and understanding and quick to respond to and resolve our requests. 🤗
