We purchased a centex home through pulte, and have had a great experience. Everyone comments on the functional floor plan of our whimbrel home. We have only had minor requests here and there and the builder has been very responsive and accommodating. We purchased this home primarily for the amenities- nothing locally was even a close comparison for what is offered. I have two athletes who love the full sized soccer field. People in this neighborhood spent close to $100,000 just for lots to have a 'lakefront view' (house not included). Pulte kept the grass around the lake low until all the premium lots were sold and then told residents they were 'accidentally' keeping it low for the past two years of developing this neighborhood and that the lake is actually a 'preserved wetland' and that they would no longer maintain it. Agreed with what someone else posted regarding this neighborhood. It has great opportunities. However, the HOA is not maintaining the neighborhood as promised. Do not purchase a premium lot at this neighborhood!
