We truly love living in our neighborhood—it’s a beautiful and thoughtfully planned community. While the homes are close on the sides, we feel incredibly fortunate to have no neighbors directly behind us, which is a rare and welcome feature compared to many other neighborhoods. My mom just bought a new home in Grand Arbor and we could not be happier with the home or the community! The home is beautiful, well built and the construction and closing process was easy and enjoyable. The community is well kept with excellent amenities. Last but not least, construction manager Jason is wonderful. He answered all questions patiently and with kindness and was a pleasure to work with. We are so very grateful for him!
Beautiful, relaxing and quiet area, great amenities a plus! Came from older ranch home and now our much lower utility bills are so welcomed. Backing up to the wooded area, we hear frogs, crickets and wildlife. Even lighting bugs which never happened in town : ) So glad we made the move to Grand Arbor & so much more for the money.
I just closed on a home in the Grand Arbor neighborhood. The amenities are awesome, and the walking trails are icing on the cake. It almost feels like I’m at a get away retreat. Super excited!!
Beautiful area, great priced homes. However, some residents have cited HOA complaints that seem to be trivial in nature, and run ins with some, not so friendly neighbors. Some neighbors are really nice, but unfortunately a few neighborhood “Karens” have been reeling their head, and not very “neighborly”.
