Horrible, horrible, horrible. This store has ZERO customer service. They have sent someone to fix our stove twice and 3 months later the stove is still not working. We paid over $2,0000 for our stove, it is a couple weeks after the warranty ended and the first time we tried to use the cleaning feature on the bottom oven it didn’t work. Then they send someone from a company in California to repair our stove and this person knew nothing about the stove. But he said it would cost $500.00 for the repair. Too painful to recount the entire sad experience with Grand Appliance. Let's just say they are great at sales, but should you run into any delivery, installation, or defective merchandise issues as I did, their customer service consists of promises to call you back - which they never do. Try this: Call their number, then hit "2" for service. Stay on hold until you need a shave. Call again, but this time hit "1" for sales. Instant pick-up. 'Nuff said.
