Bought a trailer from Grand Am a couple years ago. Noticed a leak almost immediately. On several occasions asked that they fix it and we were told there was no leak, it was condensation. Advised them there was definitely a leak, asked them to please seal the entire roof, they refused saying it wasn’t necessary. Had the owner come to the house in February because upon changing the solar panel my husband found a puddle under it on the roof.
