Company claims that no one has ever tried to close services with them however review says otherwise. Our builder convinced us to sign a contract with them and it was one of our biggest mistakes. Grand Alarms is high unreliable and a waste of money. I do not believe this company will be in business much longer.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I spoke with Cindy from Grand Alarms, who was rude, unclear, and spoke with a condescending attitude. She mumbled, interrupted me multiple times, and offered no real help. It’s evident she lacks even the most basic customer service skills. Grand Alarms has been a professional and reliable company to deal with over the years.
Our family’s experience with Grand Alarms has been awful from start to finish. When we first called, we spoke with Cindy, who was rude, unclear, and constantly interrupting. She mumbled through most of the conversation and seemed completely uninterested in actually helping.
