Grand Alarms seemed like a breeze with the help of Pauline and then the excellent service from Rohan the technician showing up on time and making sure everything was working and explained everything before leave leaving was amazing. Would definitely recommend Grand Alarms
For over 20 years great reliable and secure service. I highly recommend them.
I cannot cancel these service, i called and need to wait for a representative to call back to cancel. After 3 weeks, service is not cancelled and i receive two new bills to pay for the future two month. Its so hard to get things done with this company.
I’ve been with grand alarm for more than 12 yrs when we first purchased our new home. Service is great and staffs are friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
