We have been with grand alarms for close to 6years now. Their customer & technical support has been excellent. We were also provided with upgrades when we signed up.
New build in Vaughan: Sales, scheduling, installer and post services have been perfect. No complaints at all. Very impressed with Amy, she understood all the tech options I inquired about from hard wired blinds, video camera set up, audio cables options, alarm and more. The contract is detailed and clear. I appreciate the bundled discounts too, this enticed us to really upgrade/wire up!
