We recently had service done because one of our window contact sensors needed repair. Ardian from Grand Alarms came out and he was excellent. He not only fixed the issue but also checked every window and door sensor in the house, and even tested the alarm system with the monitoring station to make sure everything was working perfectly. Truly great service from Grand Alarms!
Pauline Chen has been so helpful and accommodating with multiple requests. Grand Alarms came in and installed the alarm system and so far I haven't had the trigger of the alarm to vouch for (thank God!) the service but the sales team and service provided for the install has been amazing
Overall experience has been extremely pleasant. Pauline was very attentive and was able to provide great advice on what products and services that would best suit our families needs. The technician that came and was also very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. The app is easy to navigate.
