The process (started at Floor and Decor) has been so difficult. Beware if you live in a building and need approval - getting information like insurance info and type of glue used was very difficult. I informed them that I would need more than 1-2 days notice and unfortunately that is how much time they gave me. Very inconvenient process unless you live in a house and work from home. We purchased through Lowe's and Granco is the company who did the measurements/install. We had a little hiccup with one of the cuts on a smaller countertop portion (we have 5 pieces total) that was just a little short on the measurements. They offered to recut the piece that wasn't quite right, and they came out to install the new one a few days later. The new piece fit perfectly, and my countertops are complete. They did a Fantastic Job. My Kitchen turned into a totally different room. My 1997 Counter Tops made my Kitchen look so out dated. They also did my Half Bath and again it gave the Bath a whole new look.
