I had an insurance issue after my first appointment and realized this dentist is out-of-network for me. I had to pay out-of-pocket and the staff up front specifically told me over the phone they would let me know AHEAD OF TIME if there was an insurance issue. Surprise, surprise…no one ran an insurance check before my appt and I had to pay over $425. This office called me begging for me to change my review and said they’d send me a refund check if I did. I have a great experience with Lisa. She was so gentle, explain every detail of my x-ray. She truly care. She is an amazing professional.
I had an insurance issue after my first appointment and realized this dentist is out-of-network for me. I had to pay out-of-pocket and the staff was kind enough to give me an in-network cost so that this bill did not completely drown me. It’s not everyday that healthcare providers extend that level of empathy for a patient’s finances, and I sincerely appreciated how this practice made this situation less financially stressful for me. dr. steniger is incredibly patient and kind when doing fillings. best dentist i’ve ever had!
Someone in this office said they would run my insurance and make sure everything checked out. Clearly that didn’t happen because I got a $427 bill. I am no longer a patient here. The only reason I didn’t give one star is because of the AMAZING way I was treated by one of the ladies up front, Lisa. She was so helpful, kind, and outgoing. I hope they never lose her because she is just fantastic.
