I personally not Recommend, they just sit to sale scrap cars. I paid €3200 and bought one year gold warranty for 17 years old car. But the car has stopped 5 times in 4 months. I paid more than 250 pound for towing the car to garage. They always gave fake documentation, that we have done that job. And I have personally checked car by other garage persons. Have bought every car I have owned from Granby and have always received amazing service from start to finish. Would have recommended to anyone as sold us our last two cars . However our last car we purchased a years warranty and the car went in multiple times with oil leaks and potential engine issues to then be patched up each time. Do not buy from this place. Nice as pie selling the car to you but have no customer care skills after the sale. They fob their customers off and staff can be rude. Bought my car from here in 2022, it must have gone back about 7 times as it was within the warranty. Every time I took it back the engine management light disappeared for about two weeks… they assured me every single time that there was no fault after using the diagnostic test. Bought my first car from here and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the deal for the car and the service I received from all staff - especially Maureen. They made sure everything was serviced and they offered everything to ensure a pleasant experience. I will definitely be shopping here again and I recommend this garage to anyone who is looking for a good quality car.
I have recently bought my 3rd car from these guys and have been a customer for around 15 years. I now live in Scotland so was only able to view the car online but Dave delt with things very smoothly and kept me updated. Cars come fully serviced and a full M.O.T with 1 months warranty and AA cover. There's the option to extend the warranty but your not made to feel under pressure to do so. Great team and great customer service
