I am so thankful for my family referring me to Granberry Dental! I have had nothing but good vibes and love from the staff as soon as I walked in and the assistants and Dr. Granberry understood how nervous I would be due to my bad dental history. I RECOMMEND GRANBERRY DENTAL TO EVERYONE!!! 🥹🤗 I’ve had the worst dental experience I. The past and they just made up for it ALL ! I had my dental visit and cleaning today and I absolutely loved it! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The manager Renee and her front desk were just the sweetest and went above and beyond to find my dental insurance. Recently went in and was told I have a large balance remaining when everything was paid on full 1.5-2 yrs ago. Front staff mentioned that previous office manager May was stealing money from the clinic. They had missing records of my payments and expected me to repay almost 2 years later bc their employee stole from them esp the cash payments that were made had no records. Now the dentist's wife is the new manager and harassing pts to pay or she threatens to send you to collection. I do like the dentist but this is very unpro... read more
