I am starting to 100% believe that the billing department is so horrible with this group so that you will continue to need therapy to deal with the stress. I changed insurance and even after multiple notifications and confirmation they still were billing my old insurance. They tell you, it is your responsibility to contact their 3rd party billing group to fix the issue. Which if you provided the wrong insurance then that's on you not me. Don’t go here unless you would like to be the victim of insurance fraud, theft and overcharging. This place is a scam.

I first started seeing this group in October of 2017 and continued through March 2019. January 2020 they decided to send me an invoice OVER A YEAR LATER for some sessions in Jan 2019, although they had my credit card information to charge any co-pays at the time. On the invoice it said one fee for a new patient intake. I was clearly a new patient in 2017, so this cannot be true. Every time I try to reach out to get details on this because I don't believe it is correct, they will not answer the phone and only reply to email. ... read more

The billing department is terrible. They sent both of my accounts to collections. One account I did not receive any invoices for so I had no idea I had a balance. The other account I contacted them about in February. They told me not to pay the bill until they looked into the questions I had about it. This week (June) I received a call from a collection agency about that bill. But they never got back to me after the February contact. I am very happy with their services, but I have been tremendously disappointed by their billing office. After a few exchanges with them, I decided to discontinue their services :(
