Derek was fabulous to deal with and really helped out when help was needed. Professional, efficient and friendly. Great service from an excellent plumber. Highly recommended.
Derek from Granata Plumbing PTY LTD supplied and installed a “new”mixer tap, that turned out to be faulty. I ask Derek if at his leisure, would he please attend to the faulty leaking mixer tap that he had installed. 10 DAYS later, I still had a leaking mixer tap!! Derek from Granata Plumbing hadn’t Bothered to attend. I called Derek, and was told that “ my job was too far away from Derek’s home to attend to the faulty mixer tap”, that was supplied and installed by Derek from Granata’s Plumbing.
