This beautiful family community offers a wide range of wonderful amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, walk-in beach-like pool, playgrounds, multiple dog parks, fire pit lounge areas, and a beautiful nature walking trail. It’s definitely a great place for families to live.
Feel like a victim of fraud. Was charged an over 7% interest rate and forced to pay over $6k at closing to buy down to 6.25%. While all my neighbors have an interest rate in the 4’s-5’s and we closed in the same month. The HOA is a huge issue here. They don’t respond to calls or emails and were on the third property management company. Love my neighbors but the process is shady and I highly recommend using a realtor when buying from a builder to negotiate on your behalf.
