Feel like a victim of fraud. Was charged an over 7% interest rate and forced to pay over $6k at closing to buy down to 6.25%. While all my neighbors have an interest rate in the 4’s-5’s and we closed in the same month. The HOA is a huge issue here. They don’t respond to calls or emails and were on the third property management company. Almost every single review here was written by a Lennar sales rep. Our process was pretty dishonest from start to finish. Shoddy build with so many issues. The "everything is included" package is just false advertising. We did not get fans, TV hookup on the lanai, bedroom lighting, leak detection system, MyQ, cabinet hardware, sink in the laundry room (but they plumbed for it and there are large pipes sticking out of the wall that look ridiculous), or a washer/dryer though we were told that one.
