I go to Granada’s for a lot of my automotive needs. The staff always looks out for me and if there is a less expensive option they make sure to make me aware of it. The staff is both professional and just straight up down home when doing business with them. I have a new driver and they have been more than open in explaining to him why certain services are needed and also why certain things are not needed at the time. Today Nancy was great working with my son and educating him on the process.
I will definitely not be using this company again. Customer service needs work. Had concerns and express them through management but meet with attitude as if he just didn't care about the customer.
Honest and dependable service
Not professional, at first. 2 of the employees, the receptionist/ front desk staff and technician, (young woman & older gentleman) chatted as I stood there for almost 8 minutes, no greeting either. Clearly there was a little more to the banter than just professional niceties. It resembled the Spider inviting the all too flattered Fly into its parlor, with back-handed compliments.
