I needed 4 new rear drive tires for my rollback. The estimated cost was $1323.00, and the final invoice was a little more than $100 less. They did it while I waited for an early appointment on a Saturday. They haven't disappointed yet each time I've needed service. I recommend this shop, especially for heavy truck services.
Ended up having to tow my vehicle there with a flat tire at 3 PM on a weekday. My vehicle was done and ready the next morning at 8:30 PM for $35. Jonathan was great to deal with. Thank You.
Johnathan was very helpful with making sure we got the tires that were best for US. I walked in and Johnathan came out to inspect our tires and was very knowledgeable and helpful with treadwear. He was very prompt and gave us multiple options with different prices to fit our needs at the time. Would happily use Granados again in the future.
I go to Granada’s for a lot of my automotive needs. The staff always looks out for me and if there is a less expensive option they make sure to make me aware of it. The staff is both professional and just straight up down home when doing business with them. I have a new driver and they have been more than open in explaining to him why certain services are needed and also why certain things are not needed at the time. Today Nancy was great working with my son and educating him on the process.
