This is a company that is tough but fair. Reading reviews like the ones above Are from a disgruntled employee and his girlfriend. What is not mentioned is that he left the job site In the middle of a critical day on a 15 mil. Project, with strict performance timelines. Instead of calling the office over a $40 discrepancy, he chose to drive over an hour in the middle of the day to talk to the payroll department. Going back, this company is tough but fair. This company hired me on. I was working for about 6 weeks. In that time period everyone of my paychecks was shorted money each week. I finally got another paycheck that was shorted so I decided to go speak with the boss about the issue I was having. Before going to speak to the boss I had me supervisor tell me that I needed to make a decision on whether I wanted to work there and make that money or be treated unfairly.
