Been here for a while.. renovation took place. Pool was never fixed, hasn’t been open in four years. We pay rent, we should be able to use the amenities.. washers in 1st section are not working .. only dryers work. It been a while and I’m hoping they fix soon. A lot of people here are elderly and cannot drive or walk far to another laundry mat, we should have access to the ones in our section. Over all, the management is very fair, and helpful. And the maintenance are also helpful when it comes to work orders getting done.
Apartments are well take care off. Especially for the location(South Houston). Manager Mrs. Irma is very friendly, professional, and has great customer service. These community is a calm one, even for Government (Housing) apartments. Great place for families that qualify that need help. Also a great place for elder people that a Home is to big due to age. Look at pictures and that’s how some 2 bedrooms look. Over all 5 stars for the great service and staff.
