This is one of the worse places to live at! They only allow 1 tag for a vehicle! So if you have 2 vehicles good luck, because they will tow your vehicle. Also you can’t have any visitors AT ALL! As soon as they see visitor come to your apt. They will give you a least violation! Also they clean the pools faithfully, and they look nice and refreshing, but the pools haven’t been open since before hurricane Harvey. When hurricane Harvey hit, it hit the apartments BAD. Shot out to the Maintenance man Mr. William for fixing out hot water The other day.
Been here for a while.. renovation took place. Pool was never fixed, hasn’t been open in four years. We pay rent, we should be able to use the amenities.. washers in 1st section are not working .. only dryers work. It been a while and I’m hoping they fix soon. A lot of people here are elderly and cannot drive or walk far to another laundry mat, we should have access to the ones in our section. Over all, the management is very fair, and helpful. And the maintenance are also helpful when it comes to work orders getting done.
