I recently had a telehealth appointment with Dr Himali at this GP clinic. I was there to have a repeat prescription for my antidepressants. However, I was scolded and yelled at on the phone after telling her my dosage. She made me feel terrible about taking a high dose of antidepressants while breastfeeding. Great first experience at Granada Medical practice. Friendly receptionist, Dr. Aftab Ali was very thorough, no long wait, spacious clinic, friendly nurses and bulk billing. Highly recommended!
I have seen Dr Ali twice so far, he has always been very friendly, soft spoken, and knowledgeable. I’m glad he joined Granada as he is my go to GP from now on.
An hour and 20 minutes late and the doctor is still not here. The management should at least inform the patients if the doctor is late. Our toddlers can’t wait in the medical center for two hours just because the doctor is late. This doesn’t seem to be Australia but India!!!
Dr Shapi Mukiapani is an excellent doctor, he listened to my concerns carefully and provided management options that suited my needs and my situation best. Highly recommended 👍
