Just one word DUMP , the people on the board have a bad attitude and think they own the building plus they have no clue at all about construction or bidding prices which is sad because there r very nice people in the building. Look at the paint job on the cat walk looks horrible and they signed off on it. All they did was paint gray garage paint with sand and paid 4 million for the renovation 1.6 over the original price.
