I had them do the 10,000 mile service programmed for my 2018 Toyota Avalon. They did a fuel jet service they recommended. They reprogrammed car to a 5,000 service notice without my knowledge. Later learned fuel jet treatment is dumping chemical in gas tank which does very little if anything. Messed up tire pressures and lost 2 original tire valve caps
