Dr. Arpi is a real doctor, who graduated medical school and knows what she's doing. Granda Hills Med Spa is a lovely environment, where all your skincare needs can be met. Dr. Arpi is a miracle worker for those of us who would like to look younger. Her prices are the most reasonable that I have found anywhere. I can't recommend her highly enough!
I had an incredible experience at Granada Hills Med Spa with Dr. Arpi! This was my first time doing an aesthetic skin procedure (micro-needling) and every moment was comfortable and smooth. Dr. Koltougian is not only the gentlest doctor I have ever met, she is a complete artist which is a must in anything cosmetic. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. K makes sure you are as comfortable as possible and the results are amazing. She manages to keep injections to the lips manageable pain wise. And boy is it worth it!

Just walked out of my first appointment; sitting in my car to write this review. I had read other people's reviews when I was checking Dr Arpi out. Honestly, I had thought some of them were a bit exaggerated. Not so! She was nice, warm, explained everything in detail and I feel good about having "discovered" her. Already thinking of others I will recommend her to. Thank you Dr Arpi.
