I have lived here almost 20 years. We’ve had 3 sets of managers in that time. The current people are pleasant but don’t do anything to improve our property at all. I’m not sure if it’s them or the owners but I know our rent is higher than ever yet we have less maintenance. Our park is filthy with debris everywhere. There are several houses that look like dump sites. The property islands are covered with weeds & never cared for. Weeds are all along the streets & never spayed for. In the last 18 years I have seen this place go steadily down hill while the lot rent gets higher and the management does less and less. They take your outragously high lot rent and do absolutely nothing. I take that back, they write you up if they find a single weed in your yard, and try to charge late fees if they misplace your rent check. It used to be a decent place to live, not anymore.
