Our condo fees are Ridiculously too High
The area is not well kept! Gutters are not cleaned! There is no pool! No playground for children! Management is fraudulently raising condo fees to increase her salary! The amount of condo fees being paid are not equal to bills being paid for the property! Landscaping is not well kept or appealing! I do not suggest anyone purchase property in the area.
