Falsified move out charges by their property manager at Spanish Hills, they are required to show proof and when contacting the corporate office they replied that their charges where indeed true. I spoke with the Junk Removal they hired and it was confirmed that Gran Inc did not do the removal in house. For a management company to create false charges on their residents to affect their housing opportunities it very unprofessional and corrupt.
