(This review is primarily focused on Summerhill Apartments located in Renton, WA and managed by Gran Inc from nearby downtown Seattle. When my valid concerns about illegal spam emails and severe maintenance deficiencies were ignored by the onsite management, I reached out to Gran Inc. itself for help, but it was incredibly difficult to get a response from anyone there and for the maintenance issues I reported I am still being ignored by them.) I worked at this company for two years, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing and unprofessional experience. The work environment was heavily influenced by favoritism and nepotism, with many key positions filled by relatives of upper management, regardless of their qualifications or performance. Despite my commitment and hard work, there was little room for growth or recognition unless you were part of the inner circle. Falsified move out charges by their property manager at Spanish Hills, they are required to show proof and when contacting the corporate office they replied that their charges where indeed true. I spoke with the Junk Removal they hired and it was confirmed that Gran Inc did not do the removal in house. For a management company to create false charges on their residents to affect their housing opportunities it very unprofessional and corrupt.
