I only go back to this place because of the mortadella sandwich. But the service is terrible. It feels like when you walk in, when you get to the counter, people look at you like, “What are you doing here?” And last time, the coffee was awful. We ordered a coffee, a double macchiato, and it tasted burnt, terrible. We couldn’t drink it, just had one sip and left it all there. They really need to improve the service and train the people who are making the coffee.
I never thought I get decent sfogliatella in Florida.
If I could give this place no stars I would. And this is not the first time that I gave this place a chance and then came back and they just did it again. The service is terrible! Especially that one little Spanish Lady with the nose ring, I have no idea what her name is, but her attitude sucks and if she doesn’t wanna work there, she shouldn’t.
