I think they may be out of business? We left messages to go and view, which were unanswered. Drove 46min to their address in case they were just too busy, but the sign was taken down and the premises looked abandoned other than a desk and a pile of mess on the floor. Shame, since the website and plans looked great.
They would have to be the worst builders I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else
If I could give them a negative rating I would. To say that I am deeply disappointed in my dealings with this company and its' staff is an understatement. Fyi: don't believe them when they say Commbank has been financing a number of homes with no issues (specifically regarding progress payments). Commbank will not pay a cent until the house is on the block and attached to services (the initial contract left us wide open to being liable for payments until the bank came through... which would have entailed $250,000 in bridging... read more
We visited the site in Stirling. Amazing high quality and beautiful pre fab designs!
