Love this gym honestly. I work a lot of crazy hours and train combat sports on the side, so for this to be a 24 hour gym close to home that I can teach my kids fitness is a huge blessing. The people are great, I don’t talk much but I can tell they accept me anyways. If you want to grow, this is the place to go.
This is a dope little gym hidden in Lawton. It’s not huge and doesn’t have every single last piece of equipment but it has everything you’d ever need plus more. Plenty of free weights, plenty of machines, variety of cardio equipment, fake grass and sleds. Speakers for music.
