Absolutely DO NOT recommend this establishment. We took our RV to Gramps RV Parts & Service LLC, after looking at their BBB rating and their Google reviews. We also called 1st to confirm that they can troubleshoot and replace RV Inverters. We were assured that was something they could do. For 90.00 they will determine if it can be fixed or needs replaced, and if it needs replaced, the 90.00 will be applied to the new inverter installation. Save yourself the hassle. Stay as far away as you can. They lie take parts off your camper and say they were like that. So many lies told they don't know remember what was said. If I could leave negative stars I would. When I stopped in one afternoon at 3 no one was around and my RV was left unlocked. Now I'm left with a used (operation unknown) sail switch and a missing circuit board to my furnace. Trying to get it back in exchange for a 30 amp adaptor they left in my RV but they want $90 for doing nothing and to top it o... read more
