Welcoming and accommodating. All the wheel studs on one of my wheels snapped in half on our roadtrip from Mt Gambier back to Sydney. When I had called and told the staff my situation they were eager to help me out. The staff were on the phone all morning trying to source the parts asap. They were able to express ship the part earlier than anyone else by a day through their connections with the other businesses in the region.
