The most disgusting incompetent hospital ever. Staff are rude and uneducated . No communication. Lost files. Lost appointments. Received someone else’s urology appointment in the mail with personal details. Gross. Clean yr act up!
Very disappointed in emergency they never answer the phones and their attitude is appalling very much considering going to st john of god get better treatment there than this hopeless place still as hopeless as anything and changing your name didn't change your attitude simple st john's better health and personal approach to health this place needs to be investigated by the health service ombudsman because they do not provide health care
Had a surgical procedure, quite a long one, on Thursday morning and the team of surgeons, anasthesiologist and nurses, especially the head surgical nurse were beyond reproach. Professional but also very caring and human when your very scared and vulnerable. Once on the ward okay but so busy nurses don't have much time for you and was told I'd be there 2 to 5 days but was very unceremoniously kicked out next day, really needed at least one more day as they took out drains etc and couldn't check on how its all healing as they ... read more
Today my partner and I went to the 4th floor room 1b to visit our dear friend Lawrence the staff were absolutely wonderful they saw we were up set offered us a chairs and a box of tissues and another gorgeous nurse offered tea/coffee highly recommend ballarat base thank you to all the staff on the 4th floor
Not very happy with there meals. They seam to do the same thing over and over. When it comes to broth I had beer broth for 7 days in a row. And now that I'm eating pureray they still want me to eat vegetable broth. Boy can they change things and ask the patient what they may like.???
