Honest, friendly and efficient. The office staff, especially Penny makes me laugh everytime.
This is the worst place I have ever been to. They told me a diagnosis would be 30 minutes and that the hourly rate would be $148, being their cheaper winter rate. That they would call me if I wanted to proceed with the work that needed done. As the work was a simple mistake in wiring that I did, they decided they would fix it and charge me $500 dollars for 2 minutes work. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! My wife came to Grandpas RV to get our house batteries charged that went into BMS mode. We just needed to charge them for 4 hours or so and bring them up over 50%. They fully charged them and charged us 6 hours of manual labor. Coming to almost $1200 dollars. My wife couldn't belive it but couldn't bring home our camper because that extremely bad receptionist Penny refused to hand the keys over until the bill was paid. We had Grandpa's RV Service do some betterments to our RV and they did a great job. We appreciated the time they spent to research the items we wanted to upgrade and the detailed explanations of what needed to be done. Pricing was great and we were treated respectfully. Moving ahead they will be our repair/service facility.
