Today we picked up our trailer and all I can say is what excellent service provided! They are so friendly, respectful and polite. Shanna is so wonderful and provided so much info when I spoke with her on the phone the last few days with our issues we were having. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Grandpa’s RV! We brought our camper in for repairs, and from start to finish, the team was absolutely fantastic. There was a small hiccup along the way, but what really stood out was how they handled it—quickly, professionally, and with a lot of care. Shanna and John were incredible. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We’ll definitely be back for any future needs—thank you again, Shanna and John
Grateful for Shanna for helping me stick handle ICBC with my RV. It was a two month process and they graciously allowed me to keep my trailer on site till the claim was resolved.
