Currently at the event. 50 minutes into it and have seen only one short demo. Way too much talking with everyone standing, crowded in the main area. Hearing is believing. Nice place, nice guys but need to talk less and show demos.
Highest end stuff probably in a 200 mile radius lucky to have this store in this area
They promised fast shipping on Shure headphones but didn't have them in stock. They ordered them from Shure to the store. Employees backed out the shipping label information but it was clear to see they got the item and then sent the box to me. Don't advertise fast shipping if it isn't fast.
My family and I have been doing business with Gramophone for 16 years. When it comes to setting up and maintaining home theaters, Gramophone is the best. We highly recommend them!!
