I heard about Gramophone from a friend while we were designing a new home theater for our basement, which was in the process of being finished. I had a technician named Kevin from Gramophone come to my house because I had a whole lot of problems with my internet. Kevin took his time and was able to fix all the problems I was having and answered all my questions that I had. He explained to me what he had to do and what was causing my issue with the internet. After he was done everything was fixed with the internet & a couple of remotes I was having issues with!
