He listened to my needs for improved sound in short-form shelving and worked diligently to source and recommend good alternatives and he reviewed photographs of my current set up and evaluated how to optimize my best equipment with good amplification that fit my needs and was user friendly. John did a great job getting me spec'd out with tv, sound & audio setup!
Very excellent service! JP helped explain the pros/cons of the different TV sets so that we could understand and choose a set that we very much like. He is very knowledgable and is a gentleman. Installation process was very satisfactory. I highly recommend the folks at the Gramophone in Columbia, MD. .
