I had a fantastic experience at Gramophone (Columbia MD) this past weekend when I stopped in to demo a new set of speakers. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, especially thanks to Reid Bohannon. Reid did an outstanding job walking me through all the different speaker options available in the store.
