I didn't catch the name of the super helpful person that answered my call on Wednesday, August 6th around 10am. I wanted to anonomously send some flowers to bring a smile to someone's face. She made the process effortlessly and the flowers were beautiful. We have a family group chat and the receiver took a picture of the flowers to share with the group. Mission accomplished. THANK YOU
