DO NOT count on / trust these people with anything in your life. From a legal document, to a court case, STAY AWAY. Crooked and Corrupt. They will happily screw you over with a smile on their face. Again, don't waste your time and AVOID AT ALL COST.
Worst ever, waste of time, had a deadline and he say he could help and then did not so i lost money and time. STAY AWAY!
There was a bit of a delay in hearing back from them, but Mr. Grammer was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what our options were in dealing with a bad real estate transaction.
