Terrible customer service. Owner gives racist vibes.
Nice place and good neighbors, but towards the end, after I bought a home in Springfield and was slowly getting things moved out, the AC broke (furnace fan failed), and they failed to do anything about it after being asked repeatedly. Finally got myself moved out (that part isn't their fault, that it took me so long), and they never replied to the notice I repeatedly gave, despite my request for confirmation, and they have never paid back any of the security deposit nor even provided an accounting of why they think they shou... read more
