Gramline fence erected 10 years ago in Melbourne. Melbourne store COVID CLOSED and now in SYDNEY. Asked to order 5 x $1.65 plastic fence caps. Gramline will nolonger take credit card details over phone. I had to get an email quote by phone and then find their bank in Melbourne to Direct Deposit. DISAPPOINTING!
So disappointed. Had this fence put up 5 years ago to cut down maintenance as I'm an OAP. Fence started to show patches of lighter colour, emailed and sent photos and was told I must have done something to it. It now has an area over 1.5 metres long and wide as well as a patch starting on the front. Looks like I'm going to have to paint the whole fence. Really upsetting. Will never buy or recommend the product.
