I've had many surgeries, at many locations, but I had never before been hounded and harassed for money in excess of what would be due on a fee for service contract, and in advance of any medical services being actually provided. I received 2-3 calls/texts per day, plus phone messages, demanding money for services they had not yet provided. Surgery went as expected but their billing department is the worst. They have double charged my credit card and my insurance HRA. It has been 2 months and they won’t provide when this amount will be refunded.
I don’t understand they’re wait process,they have you to come certain time , but I see others that walk in door immediately assisted
J Woods The nurses for my two cataract surgeries were kind, efficient and skilled! Everything was explained to me. That made the process much more comfortable and less scary. I don’t remember all of the nurses’ names, only some, but I do want to thank them all.
Obviously overbooked. Checkin was fine, but was made to wait 2+ hours. Staff was nice, but seemed overwhelmed. Additionally their system does not read my Physician's system, so had to give my med history all over again. For same reason, no existing images but I was being imaged during procedure. Doc was great as usual.
