I love this building. Location is great, building is always well maintained and super clean. Management is fantastic, especially Rosalinda and Karina. They are very responsive and well organized. I would recommend this building to anyone who’s looking for a quiet, clean well managed place. Big shout out to the building maintaince guy too (I forgot his name I think it’s flavio) he’s always doing something around the building and you can tell he cares. I’ve lived in a few buildings before and I can truly say this is the best.

Management is cold and ruthless. I accidentally shipped a package to an old address here, during the holidays. They immediately disregarded my request to come pick it up and sent the package back to the US. While I provided the old unit number and resident name, they didn’t even fully communicate what was happening to the package. Being kind and respectful towards old tenants is free. We’re all human and mistakes happen. The amount of money we have spent there as tenants is insanely large and we can’t even have a simple requ... read more
