Excellent building. Very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The residents living here care about the building and keep it nice. I have owned and lived here since 2017 with zero issues, I always feel safe. The hallways were recently rennovated and look very high end now. You can’t beat the location - 4 minute walk from my front door to the Wilson TTC subway platform. About a 20-25 min train ride to reach downtown.
