I had a very severe herniated disc in which somehow the L5 disc migrated up to the L4 disc and was behind the L4 pressuring the nerves. I was in complete agony. The pain was unbearable. Only pain pills helped somewhat. My Neurologist referred me to Dr. Gottlieb. He told me each step of the Procedure beforehand and then was talking to me about Tennis Racquet Stringing (I string them) as he was doing the procedure.
