I was very worried about my babies circumcision but the staff was very reassuring and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first visit for strabismus surgery on 7/25/25. I received excellent care, although it's hard not to notice the lobby looks like a used medical furniture thrift shop. But the staff is outstanding! Etoro was cheerful and thorough at the reception desk; Laura, the pre-op nurse, was determined that my paperwork was in order, that I had warm blankets, and that my ride was on hand. Houston Eye Associates Surgery Center is hands down the best health facility I’ve ever been to. My four year old daughter had bilateral eye surgery performed there yesterday and everyone took excellent care of her. The receptionist Gary was very kind and welcoming. The pre-op nurse Jericha and PCT Lovie were amazing and put my daughter at ease immediately. They brought her a HCA Healthcare teddy bear to keep her company, she named him square. My eye surgery was at Gramercy May 2025, and I was very happy with my care. I'm a nurse, so I have an idea how things should go. From the person who checked me in, to pre-op, anesthesia, doctor, nursing assistant, and D/C nurse-all very professional and caring. Kudos to your staff!
