Dr. Jaffee is great, she is straight and to the point but very thorough. I appreciate the calm and insightful manner she uses during appointments. The office staff is also very nice it is an easy check in process and never have to wait long for appointments I really like this practice
I had a terrible experience. I confirmed well before even going for the appointment or filling any forms that I will not be charged anything for that appointment. 15 days later I was sent an unexpected bill (very high) which all kinds of charges without any prior consent of those or any tests performed. They don’t even give patient portal details even after asking twice so I not only didn’t know what tests were performed, I didn’t see any reports whatsoever and yet got charged. Looting !
The two heavy set women at the front desk very rude . One is the supervisor if you ask her one question she will bite your head off . My first experience there was up to par . Down hill from that point . Unprofessional in appearance and attitude. Poor management skills over all . And The doctors allow this a complete Rodeo . Eating a full course meal at the front desk is rather mind blowing. Stay away ladies not worth it . You can receive better treatment from a clinic. Dr.L apologies are robotic .
