A week ago, my mom was having trouble with her balance and we decided that we needed to get something for her to sit on when she takes a bath. We found out that Gramercy Drugs had exactly what we wanted and the service was awesome. The salesperson helped explain the difference between the two chairs as well as gave me a really great price. Knowing that my mom is getting older, I also talked to him about wheel chairs and he told me the difference between the two models he had as well as the colors.. In general, the service is excellent. The Gramercy Drugs store is well organized and clean. The staffs are super nice and knowledgeable. Return policy is so easy and fast. Many selections of different medical supplies that you could think of to choose. Easy access to public transportation. Highly recommended.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. My husband needed a back support and it was important to get the right one. The staff member at Gramercy Drugs located in New York helped us and was very professional- he asked all the right questions and really spent the time to make sure we got the right product and right fit. Wonderful customer service.

We had a great experience at Gramercy Drugs. My mother- in-law came to visit and had a fall on the first day here in New York. We contacted to Gramercy Drugs and got great advice on what to buy and, importantly, how to use it and general mobility information that was extremely helpful. I'd go back in a second.

The service Gramercy Drugs provided was very friendly and professional. I found exactly what I was looking for and the clerk helped me adjust it correctly, made sure I knew how to use it, and offered advice and tips for use. I paid no sales tax on the item since I had a prescription. I'd happily come back to Gramercy Drugs in New York and refer people here for medical supply needs.
