The food was OK, but they overcharged me and I didn’t notice until I got home- when I called/ emailed to point it out, they didn’t want to put the money back for some reason but said they would give me a $25 gift card. Never got a refund, never got a gift card in the mail. I didn’t want to cancel the entire charge with my credit card company because some of the charge was valid. Felt scammed. It was a while ago but I won’t be going back.

Closed for business. We showed up for what we thought was a reservation we made on their website for Sunday, October 20th at 11:15am, within their posted business hours. The doors were locked and looking through the windows everything is in the midst of being packed up. The next-door business said they are closing but haven’t made a public statement.

We needed something quick to eat and ordered a fried chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. Nothing to write home about but we were hungry and it did the trick. It did , however, have outstanding batter.

There is a SideBar to this review. Sunday we dined @ Gramercy. At the helm, chef and owner Sandy Smith. Our dinner, all courses, was delicious and artfully composed with local ingredients.Tuesday, we decided to return to Gramercy to find the dining room was closed on that night and on Tuesday, dinner was served in the Side Bar where the menu was BBQ, Burgers and Sandwiches.
