I was sent to Gramaco to select the specific slab I wanted to use in my kitchen. Selecting was a trial since their levels of granite are not marked and responses to questions are intentionally vague. As a result, I was very skillfully steered toward the granites they wanted to sell by working on my emotions and visual appeal.
